Scope Of The Project
- The agency’s project management and governance functions, including implementation of the new Project Management System, portfolio oversight, dashboard reporting, user training, and stakeholder support. As the PWA is decommissioned, the role will provide expertise in system implementation, project visibility, organizational change management, and leadership of strategic projects aligned with the South Carolina Department of Public Health.
- Responsibilities include supporting large-scale technology and business projects, maintaining project management standards and best practices, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and enhancing project management maturity across the organization.
- Work Mode (Hybrid, Onsite, Remote): Hybrid, onsite presence is based on project needs and can be anticipated to be between once per month and once per quarter.
- - 15 Years of Experience with Project Management
- - 10 Years of Experience with State or Federal IT Projects
- - 10 Years of Experience with implementing Project Management Systems
- - 8 Years of Experience creating Power BI Dashboards
- - 10 Years of Experience with Change Management
- - Experience with Public Health Software Implementations
- - Experience with working around multiple stakeholders and maintaining clear communication
- - Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration
- PMP or CSM
- CompTIA A
