Implementation Analyst
Description of Position: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Implementation Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Computer Science or Business Analytics and will play a key role in supporting the successful onboarding and implementation of client solutions. This role requires proficiency in data handling, communication, and project execution, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support the configuration and deployment of solutions.
• Translate client needs into functional specifications and implementation plans.
• Utilize data visualization tools to analyze and present data in a clear and actionable format.
• Build and maintain implementation documentation and process flows.
• Perform data validation, transformation as needed.
• Leverage Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis, build reports, and support decision-making.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients through written reports, presentations, and regular updates.
• Ensure timely and accurate implementation of solutions, while identifying and addressing potential risks or issues.
• Work independently to manage priorities and drive tasks to completion with minimal supervision.
• Act as a team player, contributing to a collaborative and inclusive work culture.
Qualifications needed to be successful:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience or strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
