Spot patterns, advocate fixes, and drive changeStrong decision-making skills under uncertainty, with a knack for looking outside the box for solutionsClear, confident communicator, capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and collaborating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders2 years of experience using APIs and Postman to work with integrations, including interpreting and applying API documentation to authenticate and build net-new integration workflowsProficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, such as JavaScript or PythonCurious, adaptable, and customer-focused mindsetWilling to lead customer calls and influence cross-functional actionExposure to SFTP, and interpreting JSON/API payloadsNice to HavesWorkato Expertise/CertificationsHands-on Zendesk experience (macros, triggers, custom objects)Familiarity with ODBC SQL servers, query writing, or DB user setupBackground in FinTech, accounting, or HR softwareExperience delivering technical training or enablementWhat we offer:Target salary range of 100-125k.
