The Project Coordinator is the administrative and coordination support role for the project team.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain project documentation (drawings, RFIs, submittals, revisions)
- Track approvals and distribute updated information
- Assist with material ordering and delivery tracking
- Coordinate site access, badging, and work windows
- Support short-term look-ahead scheduling
- Track inspections, testing, and closeout requirements
- Assist with change documentation and billing support
- Maintain logs (materials, action items, punch lists)
- Serve as a communication link between GM, Superintendent, vendors, and GC
Role
- Supervise and direct daily field operations
- Provide task direction to foremen and team leads
- Plan work sequencing and daily/weekly priorities
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and other trades
- Enforce OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
- Conduct field quality control and manage punch lists
- Identify constructability issues and resolve field conflicts
- Track daily progress, manpower, and productivity
- Coordinate material usage, tools, and site logistics
Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour
