Your missionLead the field with a safety‑first mindset, coordinate every trade touchpoint, and communicate clearly with project managers, subcontractors, and clients so that milestones are met and quality never slips.
How you’ll make an impact- Plan and direct on‑site work each day, aligning subcontractors and crews.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee schedules and costs, keeping milestones on track.
- Conduct frequent site inspections to verify progress and workmanship.
- Troubleshoot issues in real time, removing roadblocks quickly.
- Keep impeccable documentation: daily reports, logs, and photos.
- Develop talent on site through coaching and mentorship.
- Experience as a Site Superintendent or similar construction field leader
- Deep familiarity with construction methods, safety practices, and building codes
- Effective leadership and communication that energize teams
- Fluency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
- Strong judgment and problem‑solving under deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in construction management (or related) preferred
- OSHA and First Aid credentials are advantageous
- Exposure to data center projects is a plus
- Supervisory experience
- OSHA 10‑Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
- Vendor and supplier management
