We have an immediate need for a Senior Product Owner/Business Analyst who is responsible for driving the strategic vision, planning, and execution of key product initiatives. This role blends product ownership with strong business analysis expertise to translate business needs into actionable requirements, optimize value delivery, and ensure alignment between stakeholders, development teams, and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
• Define, articulate, and maintain the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to inform strategic decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to maximize product value and enhance customer experience.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions to define business and functional needs.
• Communicate product updates, risks, and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
Delivery & Execution
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and project teams to ensure successful sprint execution.
• Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, grooming, retrospectives).
• Review and accept completed user stories to ensure they meet defined requirements and deliver value.
Business Analysis
• Document process flows, business rules, data requirements, and gap analyses.
• Evaluate existing systems and processes, recommending improvements based on data and insights.
• Support impact assessments, feasibility studies, and solution design activities.
Metrics & Performance
• Define KPIs and success metrics for features and product releases.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Utilize data to inform decision-making and validate assumptions.
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 – 8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar hybrid role.
• Proven track record delivering software products in agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and business analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Preferred
• Experience in relevant domain (e.g., healthcare, e-commerce).
• Product management or agile certifications (CSPO, PSPO, PMI-ACP, CBAP).
• Technical understanding of APIs, data models, integrations, or UX principles.
