Scrum Master /Team Coach

We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a high-performing Agile organization. This role requires a strong servant-leader mindset, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience leading software development and product teams in a SAFe Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for 2–3 Agile teams.
• Coach teams and the organization on Lean-Agile and SAFe best practices.
• Conduct team and train-level Agile assessments.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and improve team performance.
• Create and maintain Agile metrics to measure team progress and effectiveness.
• Support PI Planning activities, including capacity planning and WSJF prioritization.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and Agile coach sync meetings.
• Assist teams in managing dependencies, resolving conflicts, and adapting to organizational changes.
• Develop and enhance Agile training materials and internal coaching programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of IT experience.
• At least 5 years of experience leading projects and/or teams.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SAFe framework, and servant leadership principles.
• Experience with Kanban and Agile delivery practices.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

Preferred Certifications:

• Scrum Practitioner (SP)
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) / Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
• SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)

Preferred Technical Experience:

• ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing
• Pair Programming and Automated Testing
• User Story and Epic creation
• Dependency management and Agile planning
• Working with large-scale and complex Agile projects
