Warehouse Associate
We are looking for a capable Warehouse Associate to support our company’s warehouse operations. You will receive, input, sort, load and unload products and you will perform various warehouse activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive, unload and document incoming inventory items appropriately
- Handling all assets with appropriate care
- Inspect assets for defects and damages
- Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor
- Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments
- Check, verify and fulfill customer orders, ensuring that all assets are safely and securely packed and labeled
- Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
- Assisting with training of newly employed workers
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
*Requirements
- Proven warehouse experience
- Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
- Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
- Team player with organizational skills
- Ability to lift or move heavy products
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work on feet for 8 hours and carry loads up to 80 pounds
- Ability to work independently and safely following company guidelines
