We’re looking for a Senior Technical BA Analyst with deep expertise in SQL, data profiling, and analytical thinking—combined with a strong grasp of data architecture and solution design. This role involves translating business needs into scalable, efficient technical solutions, and presenting them with clarity and precision. You should be quick, responsive, and able to handle ad hoc requests seamlessly. Exceptional communication and presentation skills are essential, especially the ability to break down complex architectures into insights that resonate with both technical and business stakeholders.
Strong on the SQL Data side, the client would like someone with good experience on the Data warehousing / Reporting end.
- 10 years of relevant work experience in a role requiring application of analytic skills in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analyst role
- 10 years of experienced developing requirements and creating requirements documents and process flows
- 5 years of relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analyst role
- Advanced SQL, ETL, Excel and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets
- Experience conducting large scale data analysis to support business decision making
- Verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Be self-driven, and show ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete or dirty data.
- An ability and interest in working in a fast-paced and rapidly-changing environment
- Advanced ability to draw insights from analysis supported by data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as required
