Responsibilities
- Execute and coordinate messaging campaigns across multiple teams.
- Work on customer profiling:
- Serve targeted messages based on account data, app versions, and customer behavior.
- Collaborate with IT, MLOps, and database teams.
- Develop APIs and move data from source systems to internal databases.
- Enhance data profiles by integrating additional data sources (big data challenges).
- Analyze and query Oracle/SQL databases.
- Work closely with marketing and a project manager who interfaces with IT.
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of Data Engineering experience
- Must have experience with both SQL (Oracle) & Python and ideally experience with R.
- Experience creating APIs and working with source systems.
- Marketing technology experience is a plus (Interact experience is ideal but not expected).
- Strong technical skills for a role on a less technical team.
