Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate messaging campaigns across multiple teams.
• Work on customer profiling:
• Serve targeted messages based on account data, app versions, and customer behavior.
• Collaborate with IT, MLOps, and database teams.
• Develop APIs and move data from source systems to internal databases.
• Enhance data profiles by integrating additional data sources (big data challenges).
• Analyze and query Oracle/SQL databases.
• Work closely with marketing and a project manager who interfaces with IT.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of Data Engineering experience
• Must have experience with both SQL (Oracle) & Python and ideally experience with R.
• Experience creating APIs and working with source systems.
• Marketing technology experience is a plus (Interact experience is ideal but not expected).
• Strong technical skills for a role on a less technical team.
