Qualifications:
- 5-7 Years of relevant experience in Network Security and Networking
- Strong knowledge of Network Security concepts
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki (MX, switches, wireless)
- Solid understanding of Routing and Switching (L2/L3)
- Experience with VPN technologies (Site-to-Site VPN)
- Proven ability in Wi-Fi troubleshooting and wireless networking
- Experience in Wi-Fi site surveys and RF analysis tools
- Familiarity with incident management and ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira etc.)
- Strong communication and user interaction skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support network security infrastructure, including firewalls and secure connectivity
- Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki (MX, switches, and wireless) environments
- Perform Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and performance tuning
- Conduct Wi-Fi site surveys (pre and post deployment) to ensure optimal coverage and performance
- Implement and support Site-to-Site VPN (S2S VPN) solutions
- Handle routing and switching configurations and troubleshooting
- Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing systems
- Provide end-user support and interaction, ensuring high customer satisfaction
