Role Summary
We are seeking a Junior Client Partner / Customer Success Manager / Account Manager to manage client relationships, support delivery teams, and drive customer success initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a technology background, experience working with data tools/platforms, and exposure to commercial processes such as SOWs, POCs, and MSAs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with engineering, data, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Gather business requirements and align technology solutions with client objectives.
- Support and manage Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilot engagements.
- Assist in the preparation, review, and management of Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), and related contracts.
- Track project milestones, risks, deliverables, and client expectations.
- Prepare business reviews, status reports, presentations, and executive communications.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and service expansion.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and drive issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Success Management, Engagement Management, or related client-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions, data platforms, and analytics ecosystems.
- Experience working with data tools, BI platforms, cloud technologies, or enterprise applications.
- Exposure to SOW, MSA, contract management, and POC execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and offshore teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- BBA/ MBA or postgraduate qualification in Business, Technology Management, or a related discipline.
- Experience in IT services, consulting, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, or cloud projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience interacting with senior business and technology stakeholders.
