We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can help us tell that story.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will own and execute campaigns across channels to drive qualified demand, shape our brand narrative, and grow our presence in the fintech and payments ecosystem. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and third-party partners to ensure marketing is aligned with business goals. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You'll be developing messaging, launching initiatives, and measuring results.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan, build, and execute marketing campaigns (email, digital, social, content) to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Content Development: Oversee creation of marketing assets such as landing pages (web), case studies, sales collateral, blog posts, whitepapers, etc.
- Brand & Messaging: Help evolve and enforce brand positioning, tone, and messaging across all channels and partner touchpoints.
- Product Marketing: Work with Product and Sales to launch new features, build go-to-market strategies and position our platform competitively.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track and report on KPIs: campaign performance, conversion rates and work toward continued improvement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders including Product, Sales, Engineering and Operations to ensure message-market fit.
Requirements
- 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 in fintech, SaaS, payments, or financial services.
- Proven ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong writing and editing skills; ability to translate technical topics into clear messaging.
- Experience working with tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress, and AI tools.
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable with A/B testing, attribution, and reporting.
- Highly organized and self-directed; thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Bonus: Experience in channel/partner marketing or B2B enterprise marketing.
