We are looking for a Wealth Management Advisor - AI Trainer to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
In this role, you will need to hold an expert level of financial reasoning. CFA designation (or demonstrated progress toward it) is strongly preferred. Other relevant backgrounds include, but are not limited to: Portfolio Management, Equity Research, Fixed Income Analysis, Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

Projects are paid hourly from $50 to $60 USD per hour, with bonuses on high-quality and high-volume work
Responsibilities:
Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex financial problems, including those modeled on CFA scenarios, and rigorously evaluate their outputs
Assess AI model responses for accuracy across core CFA curriculum domains: Ethics & Standards, Portfolio Management, Equity & Fixed Income Valuation, Derivatives, and Alternative Investments
Evaluate financial models for correctness, methodology, and alignment with CFA Institute standards
Provide structured feedback to improve AI reasoning across quantitative and qualitative finance tasks
Qualifications:
CFA Charterholder or active CFA candidate (Level I, II, or III) strongly preferred
Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
Detail-oriented with strong analytical discipline
Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, portfolio theory, valuation, and data analysis
Familiarity with CFA Institute's Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct is a plus
A current, in-progress, or completed Master's and/or PhD is a plus but not required
