The Division of Agriculture, Life & Veterinary Sciences & Cooperative Extension (ALVSCE) at the University of Arizona is seeking an innovative, resourceful, and collaborative member of the ALVSCE Planning, Consulting, and Data Solutions Team (commonly referred to as DST). DST is a key strategic partner for the Division and works with every ALVSCE unit across the state, spanning all mission areas (e.g., instruction, research, outreach, extension, business services).
The ALVSCE Planning, Consulting, and Data Solutions Team provides meaningful insight through business intelligence/analytics using information technology to empower employees in ALVSCE for enhanced decision-making and leveraging data for increased efficiency, effectiveness, and the betterment of our community in alignment with ALVSCE’s Strategic Plan. The position is both technical and strategic, requiring a varied/broad background and mix of skills. DST consults with and empowers leaders and units in ALVSCE through dashboards (predominantly using Tableau), analyses, models, technological solutions for automation and streamlining, white papers, presentations, and more.
