Job Summary
The Director of Client Services leads the Client Services department, including management of employees both onsite and at client sites, department-wide oversight of client accounts, basic review & management of all client contracts, and creating internal analysis and outward facing content derived from Data Trust products. This position reports to our Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day workload of the Client Services team, including but not limited to, direct client outreach, data product delivery, business development, business intelligence reporting, and digital integrations.
- Oversee upkeep of client data products, including but not limited to our Azure data-mart’s, online self-service portal, and digital onboarding platforms.
- Conceive, construct, and lead data consulting and analysis to help clients initiate voter contact plans and target audiences by manipulating large data sets.
- Analyze and draft all data-centric communications, such as summaries of our internal trackers and dashboards as well as client-facing website and email content.
- Interface with Master Data Management senior team to properly alert clients of any new data received or changes in timeline for data deliveries.
- Communicate with consumers regarding the status of their privacy compliance requests, sending relevant PII to our Master Data Management to de-identify these individuals.
- Oversee through to execution all new and renewing client contracts, updating internal billing trackers and mechanisms accordingly, and contract termination where applicable.
- Manage new hire onboarding process and training schedule across full Client Services team.
- Occasional travel to industry events to represent Data Trust and advocate for our data products.

- Experimentation with AI products, including but not limited to ChatGPT and Claude
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in political science or business-related field
- 4 years of political campaign experience
- 2 years of management or supervisory experience
- Strong proficiency in T-SQL
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- PostgreSQL, R, Python, Tableau & PowerBI skills encouraged
