Job Summary
This position supports the needs of assigned clients through data, digital segmentation, and BI reporting.
Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain relationships with assigned clients as the first point of contact for day-to-day account management.
• Act as a liaison between assigned clients and the Client Services team.
• Fulfill client data requests using SQL, Power BI, and Databricks, including polling samples, digital requests, ABEV data, and universe creation.
• Communicate with clients in a timely and proactive manner regarding project timelines.
• Draft standardized contracts for new and renewing clients.
• Maintain thorough client records.
• Leverage internal resources to meet client requests.
• Work early, late, or weekend hours during peak election seasons, as needed.
• Assist other team members with client requests, as needed.
Ideal Skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or Power BI preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple internal and external project timelines.
• Customer-centric mindset to ensure smooth and efficient client experiences.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in political science or a related field.
• Internship experience, preferably in politics or campaigns.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Willingness to learn new technical skills.
• Familiarity with or interest in politics, election cycles, and campaign efforts.
Mon–Thu in office and Fridays remote. Generous PTO and flexible work-from-home options.
