Summary of Job Purpose:
The Adjudication and Operations Clerk is responsible for assisting in the operation and adjudication processes and servicing client requests along with providing superior customer service to clients and vendors. In this capacity, the associate will work with the Hearings and Operations workflow, schedule and coordinate hearings between the company’s clients and contracted Hearing Officers. The associate would utilize their technical knowledge to manage information files to service client needs. As a team member, the associate would perform essential job functions to support short and long-term departmental and company goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
· Coordinate hearing processes including scheduling 2nd level hearings for clients.
· Build rapport and effectively communicate with Hearing Officers and clients.
· Create and update monthly scheduling calendars.
· Manage case files for court hearings.
· Process requests based on client requirements.
· Approve and send appropriate correspondence.
· Create waiver forms.
· Review - Approve/Deny Payment Plans
· Process the Operating Hearings Workflow
· Review - Approve/Deny Permits on behalf of our clients.
· Perform Fulfillment of Permits.
· Review and process Community Service forms.
· Miscellaneous administrative duties.
· Responsible to assist in overseeing day to day functions such as interfacing with each DMV with which we work, processing daily files received by clients, and preparing, reviewing, and sending daily files back to clients.
· Responsible for providing daily assistance to our clients that require data adjustments, information, training- both technical and process, and providing additional assistance as required.
· Provide superior service by responding to clients via email and phone as appropriate.
· Ability to effectively communicate across all departments and at all levels within the organization.
· Able to scan documents, transfer files, download, and upload documents as needed to service clients.
· Process FTB reports.
· Manage spreadsheet data
· Convey and process information with a high degree of accuracy.

Minimum Requirements, Education and/or Experience:
· High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
· 2 years of administrative and/or customers service experience.
· Must possess professional experience working in adjudication, client services, or related field.
· Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision.
· Outstanding record of punctuality and attendance.
· Knowledge of Federal and California state laws, and CA Department of Motor Vehicles regulations as they apply to parking and citation adjudication is a plus.
· Prior team lead experience is a plus.
