Data Ticket, Inc. is looking for a productive Data Entry/Mail Clerk. The ideal candidate should have prior Data Entry or office clerk experience, in a fast paced environment. Looking for someone with a positive mindset with a desire to get things done!
MUST BE ABLE TO COMPUTER TYPE:
- Minimum of 8000 & above KSPH (both alpha & numeric counts).
- 60 WPM.
Responsibilities:
- Handle the mail room’s day-to-day functions such as opening, sorting and distributing mail.
- Creating work orders for batching.
- Work with mail room equipment.
- Performs variety of clerical duties, following instructions and procedures.
- Performs heavy data entry and maintaining of records.
- Ensures the imaging process meets quality control standards.
- Retrieves documents as requested and maintains appropriate records.
- Batch scanning and/or patch code scanning.
- Performs variety of basic clerical duties, following instructions and procedures.
- Ability to communicate effectively with department manager and colleagues.
- Scan documents (heavy volume).
- Demonstrates accuracy with data and document processing.
- Strong computer skills.
- Convey and process information with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to set, meet, and exceed deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and organization.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team setting and motivate others.
- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Complete required Security Training.

- Responsible for the ongoing security of the information processed by the department.

Minimum Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience with heavy data entry, scanning, and payment processing.
- Strong clerical background (strong in data entry).
Required Certificates, Licenses, and Other Skills:
- Strong computer skills: Able to type a minimum of 8000 & above KSPH (both alpha & numeric counts/ 10-Key).
- Able to type at 60 WPM minimum.
- Strong project and time-management skills.
- Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit a high-level of discretion, flexibility, and willingness to work closely with others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent grammar and punctuation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with emphasis on Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a self-starter.
- Uses time efficiently.
- Must be able to pass FBI Fingerprinting and Background.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
