We’re Hiring: Sales Administrator | Texas, USA
Data Tally is expanding in the United States, and we’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our growing team in Texas. This is a great opportunity for an organized, proactive professional who enjoys supporting sales teams, working with customers and keeping opportunities moving from initial enquiry through to close.
What you’ll do
- Support the U.S. sales team with day-to-day sales administration Manage and update CRM records and sales opportunities Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations and other sales documents Follow up with prospects and customers on sales-related activities Coordinate meetings, calls and follow-ups with prospective clients Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information Assist with RFPs, tenders and proposal submissions Prepare sales reports and help track pipeline activity Help improve and maintain efficient sales processes as we grow
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in sales administration, sales coordination or a similar role Excellent written and verbal English Strong organizational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and follow-up Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Proactive, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities Experience working with B2B customers is an advantage Experience in technology, retail, real estate or SaaS is a plus
