Mechatronics Design Engineers are responsible for all aspects of laboratory, product, manufacturing & test automation, including hardware and software integration including Real-time and Windows OS, National Instruments, LabVIEW, FPGA, Rockwell, PLC, HMIs, SolidWorks & Python development, as well as pioneering, building, and leading mechatronics projects to creatively support client needs.

Responsibilities
- Contribute openly in a flexible work environment where behaviors are measured and results are rewarded
- Apply multi-disciplinary skills in Mechanical, Electrical, Controls and Software Engineering
- Work independently and on group projects in a professional office environment
- Install automation systems at client facilities
- Short term travel to domestic and international sites 20% – 30% annually
- B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or Science
- 0–10 years’ experience in mechanical, electrical, controls or software engineering
- Third-party, post degree technical credentials highly encouraged
