What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tinker Supply: Stock Clerk position at Data Monitor Systems Inc?
Position Summary: This position coordinates and expedites the flow of material, parts, and assemblies to customers for support of their material requirements. Reviews requirements and confers with customers to determine material required. Requisitions material and establishes delivery sequences to department according to job order priorities and anticipated availability of material. Validate, monitor, and coordinate as necessary, the status of parts ordered and/or received.
Arranges issue of materials to meet production schedules. Monitors and compiles reports of quantity and type of material on hand. Will provide proficiency training when necessary. Perform all functions using available hardware/software (i.e.
SBSS/G081/FEDLOG, ILSS, DPAS, etc.) Maintain, review, analyze reports and listing and take necessary required actions. Take logistic actions as deemed necessary by data contained on reports/listings.
