  • Coordinate training schedules, site requirements, equipment, access, and other logistics with customer and program stakeholders.
  • Serve as a product subject-matter expert during demonstrations, exercises, user events, and operational engagements.
  • Evaluate student performance and training effectiveness through practical exercises, knowledge checks, surveys, and direct observation.
  • Capture user feedback, lessons learned and recurring issues, and communicate actionable recommendations to product, engineering, and program teams.
  • Maintain current knowledge of product releases and update training content as capabilities, interfaces, and procedures evolve.
  • Support train-the-trainer activities and help establish repeatable, scalable training standards and certification processes.
  • Represent Data Machines and the customer professionally while working independently at locations across the United States and, when required, overseas.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong platform presence and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with junior Marines, senior leaders, technical personnel, and customer stakeholders.
  • Ability to rapidly learn a technical product and explain its features, workflows, and operational value in plain language.
  • Knowledge of Marine Corps culture, organization, terminology, training practices, and operational environments.
  • Ability to develop organized, accurate, and audience-appropriate training materials and instructional content.
  • Strong written communication, public speaking, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
