What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contractor-Functional SCM position at DATA INTENSITY LLC?
As a Senior Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance and expertise in Oracle SCM Support. You will be responsible for leading and driving the success of complex oracle projects, collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Together with:
- As a Senior Consultant, you will be part of Shared Functional Services team.
- Specialist with Oracle SCM support and enhancement projects. Provide Issue Resolution, solution advisory to customers, and enhancement delivery.
- Solving and solutioning business problems with Oracle EBS and Cloud ERP. Work closely with customers and internal team on day-to-day issue resolution for customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage the team.
- Manage team workload and provide guidance to junior team members.
- Prepare various project documents – SOP, Solution design, Functional Specifications, Configuration Documents and Training materials etc.
- Create and execute test scenarios in various test environments.
- Demonstrate effective time management and initiative to continuous improvement.
- Direct team management. Handling a team of 10 employees.
- Root cause analysis.

In combination with:
- 8 years of experience in Oracle eBS Supply chain projects.
- Experience in Providing functional support in Oracle Supply chain Planning, Inventory management, Manufacturing (Process and Discrete), Order Management, Procurement and Warehouse management.
- Ability to understand customer issues, troubleshoot and advise/implement solution to customers.
- Ability to understand customers business requirements, identify functionality gaps, develop solutions, and prepare the documentation and Test Plans.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Willing to work in US Shift hours. Mostly rotational shifts (2PM-11PM & 6PM-3AM IST)
