Position: - Principal Oracle Applications DBA
Job Description:
- At least 15 years of relevant experience as Oracle Applications (EBS) database administrator, Identity & Access Management (OAM, OID) Admin and Fusion Middleware Admin
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent
- Experience in at least 5 upgrade projects from Oracle EBS version 12.1.3 to version 12.2.x
- Experience in at least 5 upgrade projects of Oracle database 11g to 12c/19c with EBS 12.1.3 / 12.2.x from on-premises to public cloud implementing best practices for EBS 12.x.x and DB upgrade projects
- Experience in at least 1 Oracle EBS application/database cross platform migration from Solaris to Linux
- Experience in installation and configuration of Oracle Access Manager (OAM)/Oracle Identity Directory (OID) 12c Stack. Configuring SSO with EBS, OBIEE and Hyperion Stack
- Experience in Upgrading OAM/OID stack from 11g to 12c
- Experience configuring and managing Oracle Transparent data encryption (TDE) technology
- Experience in configuration of TLS/SSL protocol for EBS 12.1.3 and 12.2.x environments
- Experience in installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of Oracle RAC 11g/12c/19c
- Experience in installation and configuration of SSL for Middleware (WebLogic) and OBIA Applications.
- Experience in installation and configuration of Oracle EBS disaster recovery environment and Performing DR Test.
- Experience in working on Exadata environments with EBS, OBIEE and Hyperion Workloads.
- Experience and understanding of large-scale application portfolios in Enterprise-wide environments (including migration of on-premises Oracle workloads to Oracle Cloud).
- Experience in Setting up WLST Scripts for Monitoring WebLogic Admin Server, Managed Servers, data sources.
- Experience in Installation and configuration of Oracle WebCenter Content 11g, 12c
- Experience in Linux Operating System Configuration and Preparing the system for Database and Application Upgrades.
- Experience in Oracle recovery manager to backup and restore/recovery of Oracle 11g/12c/19c databases
- Experience in Oracle database 11g/12c/19c performance tuning tools like AWR, ADDM, ASH, tuning advisor, SQL plan management
- Experience in trouble shooting performance issues after major Database and Application Upgrades.
- Sound knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.2 Architecture, online patching tool ADOP and changes between 12.1.3 and 12.2.x
- Experience in Oracle WebLogic Admin/managed sever memory configuration and tuning
- Experience in Oracle WebLogic and EBS 12.2 ADOP patching techniques
- Experience working with Oracle cloud infrastructure virtual private networks, compute services, block storage and object storage services
- Experience in Deploying multiple applications on WebLogic server and maintained load balancing, high availability and fail over functionality
- Experience working with Oracle/AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure Virtual machine database systems
- Experience in Oracle cloud infrastructure Virtual machine EBS database systems for 11g/12c/19c
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

- Lead initiatives for knowledge base building, documentation & knowledge sharing.
- Certified in Oracle Database 12c/19c Administrator Professional (OCP), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)/AWS/Azure Database Certifications.
