Computer Programmer 4

Data Intelligence, LLC is seeking an experienced Applications Developer Task Lead to serve as the Computer Programmer 4, providing mission-critical support for the United States Marine Corps in Quantico, VA.  This senior-level role is responsible for leading technical teams across a geographically distributed, classified network environment, and engineering enterprise-level solutions that ensure the integrity, availability, and performance of critical systems.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical lead for enterprise data management operations within a secure DoD environment.
• Lead and mentor senior technicians supporting a geographically distributed classified network infrastructure.
• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise NetApp storage solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and security compliance.
• Engineer and manage enterprise VMware solutions, including vSphere environments and virtualized data centers.
• Support and maintain enterprise-level Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SANs, and virtualization infrastructure.
• Utilize Microsoft System Center tools to automate, monitor, and manage critical IT tasks and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Marine Corps stakeholders to develop and refine system architectures.
• Ensure systems meet all DoD cybersecurity and compliance requirements.
• Maintain documentation, SOPs, and architectural designs in accordance with ITIL best practices.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 7 years of experience leading senior technical staff in a distributed, classified enterprise network environment.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise-level environments utilizing:
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Storage Area Networks (SAN)
  • Virtualization platforms (VMware)
• Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise networks.
• Expertise engineering enterprise NetApp and VMware solutions.
• Experience leveraging Microsoft System Center (e.g., SCCM, SCOM, Orchestrator) to automate and manage enterprise systems.

Required Certifications:

• IAT Level III (Must possess one of the following):
  • CASP CE
  • CCNP Security
  • CISA
  • CISSP (or Associate)
  • GCED
  • GCIH
  • CCSP
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
• One or more of the following technical certifications:
  • MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)
  • MCM (Microsoft Certified Master)
  • MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
  • VCDX5-DCV (VMware Certified Design Expert)
  • NCIE (NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer)

• Active Secret clearance is required at time of application.
