What are the responsibilities and job description for the Software Engineer position at Data Intelligence, LLC?
Data Intelligence, LLC (DI) is seeking Software Engineers and Developers to support the continued development and sustainment of the U.S. Navy’s Aegis Weapons System in Moorestown, NJ. These positions are onsite and part of a critical defense program ensuring mission readiness. We are filling roles across multiple experience levels (Software Engineer I, Software Developer II, and Software Developer III).
Responsibilities (depending on level):
- Design, develop, test, and debug software solutions in support of Navy systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve software issues.
- Address customer feedback and implement software enhancements.
- Assist in documenting software and preparing user manuals.
- Support systems modeling, simulation, and analysis (entry-level).
- Provide mentorship and leadership on small projects (senior-level).
Qualifications - All Levels:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Current or interim security clearance (secret or higher)
By Level:
- Software Engineer I: 0–2 years of experience.
- Software Developer II: 2–4 years of related experience.
- Software Developer III: 5–7 years of related experience, including technical leadership and mentoring.
