What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavior Technician position at Data Driven Educators?
The Behavior Technician will provide natural play-based therapy in a home and/or school setting. BT will report to an Assistant Clinical Manager and is expected to follow an intervention plan created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. BT will work closely with the Assistant Clinical Manager to ensure the intervention plan is being followed and/or adjusted as needed. BT will record data for each session in order to keep track of the progress with the child and for the BCBA and ACM to review.

Required:
- Highschool Diploma
Preferred:
- A bachelors degree in related area such as Psychology, Early Childhood Studies etc.
and/or
- 2 years of experience working with children
- Experience working with special needs children
- Spanish Speaking
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
