Role Description The Paid Search Coordinator is a full-time, hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC, with flexibility for partial work from home. This entry-level role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, building and refining ad groups, writing and testing ad copy, and managing bid strategies and budgets. The coordinator will monitor campaign performance using web analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and make data-driven recommendations to improve results.
