The compensation range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000 annually.
This position requires a U.S Person or a person who can qualify for a Department of State or Department of Commerce License.

Reporting into this role is Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cost Accounting and General Accounting. Additionally, there are responsibilities pertaining to reporting, forecasting and audit.

Key Position Accountabilities:
- Responsible for timely monthly close. Reviews financial statements, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Coordinates the preparation of the annual budget.
- Supports monthly and quarterly forecasts, including variance analysis to actuals.
- Coordinates all year-end audit activities and SOX compliance reviews.
- Reviews and approves all department reports including capital expenditures, budget vs. actual analysis and balance sheet account analysis.
- Ad hoc projects for process improvements and other general needs for leadership.
- Ensure implementation of Company safety, health and environmental programs for employees whose work is directed. Ensure that safe work practices are followed, and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.
- Commitment to the Company’s policies, principles, and procedures and adheres to the Company’s
- Procedures including Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S), Equal Employment Opportunity (“EEO”), discipline/corrective action, and security.
- Working knowledge of higher-level functions in Microsoft Office products, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and procedures.
- Understanding of financial statements based on US GAAP.
- Ability to independently research and analyze various types of data.
- Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.
- 5-10 years relevant work experience preferred.
- Prior manager experience with direct reports preferred.
- Public accounting experience preferred.
- Knowledge of applicable Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable preferred.
- Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
- Any combination of education, training and experience listed above that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
