Data-Core Systems Inc. is seeking MS Dynamics CE Architect to be a part of our Consulting team. You will participate and effectively contribute to the design, architecture, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. You will provide technical expertise and systems design for individual initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with other SME consultants from our existing team.  
  

Responsibilities:

• Perform all duties related to the application architecture life cycle including, but not limited to, determining requirements, coding/building, unit testing, and implementation. 
• Standard D365 Online architecture – forms, fields, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, etc. 
• Writing custom .NET code, plugin code etc. for high volume contact centers built on the Dynamics platform 
• Maintaining custom code in Azure DevOps 
• Developing and maintaining: 
  • Easy to use Dynamics Web Portal for customer self-service include the ability for capturing real time payments from customers. 
    
  • SOAP and REST APIs to integrate with 3rd party SAS applications. 
• Experience in enhancing: 
  • ChatBOT experiences available in the Azure platform for online customers. 
  • Azure BOT framework to automate business processes. 
  • Power Automate and MS Flows. 
    

Education & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or closely related field. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be accepted.  
• Experience in CTI, MS Power Platform & MS Portal
• Experience in Mobile Apps.
• 15 years of experience developing enterprise custom objects in at least one of the areas/environments listed below, or any combination thereof: 
  • Dynamics 365 Online Customer Engagement (CE) 
    
  • Microsoft Azure platform 
  • Microsoft Power Platform and Common Data Service 
    
  • Integration – APIs, Logic Apps, Power Automate 
• Integration with SAP S4/HANA & SAP BRIM will be plus 
• Fast Track recognized Solution Architect is preferred.
• Microsoft certifications in specified technical areas are a plus.
