Data-Core Systems Inc. is seeking Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Data Migration Developer to be a part of our Consulting team. You will participate and effectively contribute to the design, development, and implementation of complex applications, often using new technologies. You will provide technical expertise and systems design for individual initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with other SME consultants from our existing team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle data migration using Azure Data Factory, SSIS/KingswaySoft, Dataverse APIs.
- Map, cleanse, transform, and load large datasets from CRM/telephony systems.
- Migrate customer interactions, call logs, transcripts, and case history into D365 CE & Contact Center.
- Support AI agents (Copilot, Azure OpenAI, PVA) with structured and high-quality data pipelines.
- Collaborate with architects and functional teams to design scalable migration frameworks.
- Ensure data validation, reconciliation, and compliance with security standards.
Education and Skills:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a bachelor’s degree in technology from a recognized university.
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Contact Center/Omnichannel.
- ETL expertise: ADF, SSIS KingswaySoft, Power Automate, SQL Server.
- Experience with AI Agents (Dynamics Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Bot Framework).
- Excellent knowledge of CRM and contact center data models.
- Microsoft certifications (PL-400, MB-230, AI-102) is desired.
