About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Associate to join our team and drive growth across our full portfolio of IT services and solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with company founders and a global delivery team, helping build new revenue streams within a well-established IT consulting and services organization with decades of success supporting small, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
You will begin as an individual contributor, focused on lead qualification and opportunity development, with a clear path to grow into a full-cycle sales role—owning strategic pursuits, managing client relationships, and closing deals end-to-end across multiple technology domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads across defined market segments to build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Identify, develop, and nurture opportunities for IT services and solutions including (but not limited to):
- ERP & business applications
- Cloud & infrastructure (Azure, AWS, M365, networking)
- Managed IT services & support
- Custom application development & integrations
- Data, analytics, and reporting solutions
- Develop and deliver client-facing pitch decks, proposals, and account plans tailored to customer business needs
- Present the company’s IT offerings, packaged solutions, and competencies to prospective and existing clients
- Build trusted-advisor relationships through consultative selling and long-term account management
- Collaborate with delivery, leadership, and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies and solution roadmaps
- Share market insights and contribute to sales strategy, pipeline forecasting, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of proven experience selling IT services, consulting, or technology solutions
- Demonstrated success selling to mid-market and enterprise clients
- High energy, positive, and proactive “can-do” attitude in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive opportunities from concept to close
- Strong ethical foundation aligned with company values of honesty, integrity, and accountability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving client needs
Location & Eligibility Requirements (Mandatory)
- U.S. Citizens or U.S. work-authorized candidates only (no visa sponsorship available)
- Must reside within 10–15 miles of our office at 600 North Commons Drive, Aurora, IL 60504
- Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for local client meetings and office visits
- Willing to work locally in the Aurora / Chicago metro area with in-person client and team engagement
