- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilities to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and relationship-building across diverse stakeholders.
- Lead Generation experience, including prospecting, outreach, and nurturing potential partners or sponsors through structured pipelines.
- Customer Service skills to provide positive, responsive support to community members, partners, and sponsors.
- Understanding or strong interest in digital infrastructure, data centers, or related technology sectors.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time independently and collaborating in person in Boston, MA.
- Comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting to track outreach, engagement, and business development metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
