Data Center Service Group (DCSG) is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations and assist company leadership, mainly for the CEO and COO of the company. This role is ideal for someone who is strong with computers, comfortable using Microsoft Office, and capable of handling a wide range of administrative and office support tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The right candidate will be proactive, professional, and able to keep up with multiple responsibilities at once. This position will support internal operations, office administration, proposal preparation, ordering of materials, and general business coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and COO
- Assist with day-to-day office operations
- Prepare, format, and organize proposals, quotes, and other business documents
- Help create, edit, and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
- Manage filing systems, paperwork, and company records
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate internal documents
- Assist with ordering materials, supplies, and office items
- Track orders and help coordinate deliveries
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Schedule meetings, calls, and appointments
- Assist with calendar management for leadership
- Organize digital files and maintain document control
- Support invoice processing, expense tracking, and basic administrative accounting tasks
- Assist with onboarding process and internal forms
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and customers as needed
- Help prepare meeting notes and follow-up items
- Maintain office organization and general administrative workflow
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant, office assistant, coordinator, or similar role preferred
- Strong computer and laptop skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience assisting company leadership or executives
- Experience with proposals, quotes, and business paperwork
- Experience ordering materials or coordinating with vendors
- Experience in construction, contracting, electrical, or data center related industries is a plus
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position, but the employee will be expected to be in the office 3 to 4 days each week, days based around DCSG Managment's in office schedule for that week. Candidates should be dependable, responsive, and able to work effectively both in-office and remotely when needed.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
