Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Palantir Foundry Data Engineer to join the CCS100 Fusion Team supporting the development of a scalable carbon capture solution on the US Gulf Coast. This role will focus on designing and implementing the data layer of the CCS100 application using the Palantir Foundry platform, while optimizing investment and operational decision-making through advanced data solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in data engineering, Palantir Foundry Ontology modeling, and Python development, with the ability to rapidly understand existing architectures and transform them into efficient, scalable Foundry-based solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in Data Engineering, data-intensive applications, or enterprise data platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, especially Ontology Manager, data modeling, and platform integrations.
- Strong programming experience with Python for ETL, automation, and data transformation.
- Solid understanding of relational/non-relational databases, APIs, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within Agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with additional Palantir Foundry tools such as Workshop, Quiver, Pipeline Builder, Code Repositories, etc.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of data science concepts, optimization models, or industrial analytics.
- Experience in energy, sustainability, manufacturing, or carbon capture domains.
