Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Tester with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ATF, IRM/GRC modules, and test automation. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, strong QA fundamentals, and experience working in Agile environments to ensure high-quality platform delivery.
Responsibilities
Design, create, and execute manual test cases and automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF and Selenium
Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across ServiceNow modules
Validate workflows, business rules, controls, integrations, and platform changes
Conduct UI and API testing to ensure end-to-end functionality
Identify, log, and track defects; work closely with developers and QA teams for resolution
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Prepare and maintain test documentation, execution reports, and defect metrics
3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF, including IRM/GRC modules
Strong experience in test automation, UI testing, and API testing
Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and workflows
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
