Facilities Manager – Greensboro, NC
- Pay: $60–$70/hr | Duration: 6 months (extension/FTE possible)
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM | Onsite
- Experience: 8–10 years in facilities management
- Responsibilities: Manage facility operations, maintenance, safety, vendors, budgets, and supervise 5 employees.
- Requirements: Leadership and communication skills, CMMS/MS Office proficiency, high school diploma/GED, and valid driver's license. Mechanical/lab experience preferred.
- Other: Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer. Drug screen/background check required. Overtime possible.
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
