What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mechanical Engineer position at Data Based Development Systems?
Job Description: Support DDG 51 Follow yard Services. Coordinate Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Spec Change Notices (SCNs), Contract Attachment Change Notices (CACNs), and Contract Drawing Change Notices (CDCNs) with the functional/design disciplines of engineering. Provide technical data packages for these ECP's to Change Order for pricing.Support the Program Office in the development, status and technical explaination of changes with the customer.
Basic Qualifications: 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters, 0 years with PhD.
Preferred Design Disciplines: Engineering experience and knowledge of shipboard systems, design products and scoping process for DDG 51 Class Ships is preferred
