Position Title: Technical Machine Operator
Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Location: Swedesboro, NJ , with initial training in Kansas City, MO
Shifts Available
- 1st Shift: 2 openings
- 2nd Shift: 2 openings
(Monday – Friday schedule)
Training
- Candidates will be required to travel to Kansas City for 4–6 weeks.
- Training will be conducted with the Weber team covering machine integration and operational learnings.
- Travel and training expenses will be covered.

- Central Control System
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line equipment.
- Perform machine set-ups, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and quality standards.
- Work with maintenance/engineering teams for smooth equipment integration.
- Document production runs and reports issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Prior machine operation experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to troubleshoot equipment.
- Willingness to travel for training (4–6 weeks).
- Ability to work assigned shift (1st or 2nd).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $22.84 - $30.00 per hour
