Technical Production Analyst / Specialist – Full Time

This role ensures the accurate, timely processing and delivery of client data through DAS’s proprietary systems.

Position reports to the Production Manager.

Requirements and Key Competencies

Technical Skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word, with strong general computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.

  • Comfortable navigating web-based and internal systems; basic understanding of network or data workflows is helpful.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed instructions and protocols precisely.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Professional Skills

  • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities; able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • High school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 4 years relevant work experience.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage daily production workflows using proprietary software and custom systems to ensure client deliverables are accurate, complete, and on time.
  • Log, track, and respond to customer inquiries through internal tools, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and timely resolution.
  • Investigate and document production errors, articulating findings in service tickets with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Execute test cases and validate solutions following software updates or error resolutions to confirm quality outcomes before client delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Customer Service, and Development teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain service excellence.
  • Compile and maintain internal and client-facing reports, tracking production status, progress metrics, and performance trends.
  • Manage and preprocess production data, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues, suggesting process enhancements, and supporting workflow optimization initiatives.
  • Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned to support evolving business needs. Working Conditions
  • This position is based in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment that requires sustained attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Work involves extended periods of computer use, including data analysis and communication through digital platforms.
  • The role often requires focused, independent work alongside regular collaboration and communication with colleagues across departments.
  • Multiple and shifting priorities may occur; the ability to stay organized and maintain composure under deadlines is essential.
  • Occasional periods of heightened workload may require flexibility in managing time and tasks.
  • The position requires professional communication and collaboration with a wide variety of people and personalities across the organization.

Work Location

  • DAS Office – single location. Vancouver, WA.
  • Potential for one day per week remote work schedule upon completion of training and management approval.

Schedule

  • Job type: Full-time
  • Regular schedule is 40 hours per week during regular business hours. During times of business need, hours may exceed 40 per week.
  • Business hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. * 8-hour shift with 1-hour lunch (9 hours total). Salary $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
