DAT Trailer Parts Supply is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Accounting Assistant to support daily operations in sales order processing, dispatch coordination, and accounting functions.

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process sales orders and customer invoices
- Coordinate vehicle dispatch and delivery schedules
- Record and manage invoice and transaction data in the company’s accounting or ERP system
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and internal records
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping functions to support the finance team
- Support office operations by ordering supplies, tracking inventory, and managing administrative processes, including document proofreading and correspondence
- Handle incoming calls, route inquiries efficiently, and provide professional customer support
- Maintain structured physical and digital document management systems
- Support daily office operations and internal communication
Qualifications & Requirement
- College or university degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas (SUM, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with bank reconciliation or accounting records preferred
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
