What Will Your Role Be?
As a High-Level Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining executive calendar support and management. With a strict level of confidentiality, you will collaborate with executives to strategize and organize agendas for their daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly schedules. This includes scheduling regular meetings to review support needs and requirements, as well as coordinating vacation, travel, and proposed events.
Additionally, you will process expense and purchasing needs for executives, ensuring adherence to travel policies and international conversions. You will also coordinate License Compliance team-wide meetings and events, serving as the focal point for LC Damages and Data Cleansing Operations worldwide.
As part of your role, you will support special projects assigned by your manager and contribute to the development and implementation of operational processes to enhance LC's efficiency and performance. You will also provide support in achieving the objectives of the VP through the development and documentation of strategies and programs as needed.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following competencies:
- Ability to build relationships one-to-one and within teams and other organizations
- Developing a network by liaising with local colleagues and colleagues abroad in our worldwide offices
- Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple requests from different sources
- Proven experience in international and domestic travel arrangements and expense reporting procedures
- Competency in expense reporting procedures, international conversions, and adherence to travel policies
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Liaising with executives and the WW organization
- Effective time management skills
- Experience in fixing meetings and providing support to managers
- Proficiency in preparing presentations
