Role Description & Responsibilities
The NAM IE&M Sales Associate focuses on driving revenue and building long-term relationships by supporting the Client Executives selling software solutions and building compelling value-based sales processes. This involves managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and maintaining strong client connections.
Research and target potential customers who align with the software's target audience.
Understand the 3DS Platform’s features, benefits, and value proposition, and how it solves customer problems.
Build relationships both external & internal: cultivate strong relationships with clients to build trust, address their needs, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
Work with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and address customer needs effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Understanding customer needs to effectively position solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies, assist with building CVRs and CVMs.
Understand the Value Assessment/Value Engagement process, and support adherence with sales team members
Assist in managing sales pipeline opportunities and leads.
Qualifications - External
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
Experience engaging with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

Dassault Systèmes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience. Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $124000 and $217000, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
