As a Sales Compensation Analyst Intern, your responsibilities will include the following:

Salary Pay Transparency
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected compensation range will be between $20 and $33, representing the base salary (or annualized salary based on estimated hourly compensation) and target bonus.
As a Sales Compensation Analyst Intern, your responsibilities will include the following:
- Measure gap to companies’ objective on the following topics: Territory allocation, Quota setting and Sales Comp design.
- Analysis done via deep dive on 2024, 2025 and mid-year 2026 Sales achievements and resulting compensation model
- Currently enrolled in a BS or Masters in Finance or Accounting
- Experience with Microsoft Suite tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills - written and oral
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as autonomously
- Willingness to learn
- Results driven
