What are the responsibilities and job description for the INSTRUCTOR-CATIA ENGINEERING position at Dassault Falcon Jet?
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Education, or related Engineering field. Lesser educational background with relevant experience will be considered. *
- Minimum of three years of experience in aircraft interiors or furnishing design
- Strong CATIA V5 and V4 background - average of 5,000 Hours of CATIA
- Minimum two years of Instructor experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects on schedule with minimum supervision
- Ability to write clearly and concisely in accordance with appropriate specifications
- Ability to present self and materials in a professional and cordial manner.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
- 2 years of work experience is equivalent to 1 year toward college degree.
- Knowledge of ISO9000-2000 and/or AS9 100 standards
- Know1edge of electronic-interactive and distance learning media
- Familiar with computer and video production skills
- Work with other Departments to ensure the training needs are being met in coordinates with
- Develop objective based training programs for Dassault Falcon employee
- Coordinate vendor supplied training
- Develop, write, update, and present new and existing course materials for new process
- Keep update-to-date and implement state-of-art training methods for Catia
- Assemble training material/manuals for classroom presentation
- Assist in the New-Hire Training Program
- Write, administer and correct test for employee's qualification process.
- Demonstrate creative and mature judgment in anticipating and solving problems.
- Perform other special assignments as directed by Manager.
