What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cabinet Spray Finisher position at Daso Custom Cabinetry?
We are seeking a DEPENDABLE and EXPERIENCED Cabinet Spray Finisher to join our team.
Candidates must have the ability to finish a wide variety of tasks including building from blueprint and from scratch, while demonstrating time management skills. Potential for advancement growth opportunities. Standard and Overtime hours available.
Our team of cabinet makers and woodworkers are highly skilled individuals, who day after day produce unique cabinets for high end residences. Our employees need to excel in multi-tasking and must have a strong ability and desire to learn new skills, follow instructions, take initiative and lead by example.
Primary responsibilities:
- Must be able to use a finish spray gun
- Finishing custom cabinetry
- Spraying, topcoating, staining, glazing, spackling, etc.
- Mixing finishes and paints to proper ratios
- Ability to lift 40lbs throughout the day, crouch & kneel, and work efficiently
- Work in custom cabinet shop producing high end cabinets
- Maintain tools and work areas clean
- Complete all tasks in a professional timely manner
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in cabinet finishing
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Team player and self starter
- Able to use a finish spray gun
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to safety guidelines and policies
- Be a team player
- Candidates will also be required to pass a basic drug and physical exam and background check
Pay rates will vary depending on experience.
- Daso Custom Cabinetry is a smoke and drug free workplace. You will need to pass a background check / drug screening.
