What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Cleaning Technician – Eco-Friendly Residential Cleaning Team (Monday-Friday) position at Dashing Maids?
Location: Denver Metro Area (Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood, Golden, etc.)
Pay: $19.29 – $30.00 per hour based on experience & performance 100% of tips monthly bonuses (Training pay starts at $19.29/hr)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM — No nights, no weekends (unless you choose overtime)

What you’ll do:
- Travel from home to client homes across the Denver metro and deliver high-quality residential cleaning services
- Use our proven eco-friendly system and checklist to clean homes to our standard
- Work independently and/or in a small team depending on job size
- Communicate positively with clients and team members, representing Dashing Maids in the best light
- Maintain supplies and equipment, report any issues, restock as needed
- Participate in weekly team touch-points, growth sessions and quality reviews
What we’re looking for:
- Valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and the flexibility to travel in the Denver metro area
- Able to lift up to 25–30 lbs, stand, bend, kneel, push, pull, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent work
- Positive, professional communication skills and a team-attitude
- Punctual, dependable, able to work Monday-Friday within 8–5 window
- Cleaning experience is preferred but not required — we’ll train you if you bring the right mindset
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
