Program Overview:
We’re excited to offer the internship opportunity to join our Product Strategy & Management (PSM) team, working specifically with our One Gel category. This internship offers hands-on exposure to product development, market analysis, and retail performance tracking within the beauty industry. Interns will gain experience working with real market data, competitive insights, and product planning processes that directly inform business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who is highly curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty trends, product strategy, and data-driven insights.
Internship Duration:
- Start Date: June 15, 2026
- End Date: August 14, 2026
- Schedule: Monday ~ Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain nail polish ranking boards across key retailers, including hands-on work such as swatching, organizing visuals, and updating decks
- Support analysis of top-performing products and assist in identifying key trends
- Conduct ongoing competitive and market research, including weekly tracking of new product launches and category activity
- Assist with product ordering coordination and supply tracking
- Manage product samples, including inventory organization and internal tracking
- Contribute to a final project or presentation based on insights and learnings, as time allows
Mentorship & Learning Opportunities:
You will work closely with the PSM team and gain exposure to how product performance data and market insights support business decisions.
Through day-to-day involvement, you will develop skills in:
- Market and competitive tracking
- Product organization and coordination
- Translating data into basic insights
- Supporting product strategy workflows
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong interest in beauty, color trends, and product development
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with strong ownership and willingness to take initiative with minimal direction
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations
- Proactive, flexible, and eager to work on hands-on project
- Bilingual preferred (Kor/Eng), as there may be communication with international teams and enhance involvement in global projects.
