Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and bussing tables to ensure efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations according to health and safety standards
- Support food handling procedures and ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant or catering operations
- Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation protocols
- Help with setup and breakdown of events or dining areas as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure high-quality service delivery
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards is advantageous
- Experience in bussing tables, serving guests, or working in a fast-paced environment is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential
- Prior hotel or food industry experience can be an asset but is not mandatory
